How to make quinoa sweet pongal

திணையரிசி சர்க்கரை பொங்கல்

Thunai&moong dal equal amount....

Take cooker, pour small amount of ghee in it

Add the ingredients in it.... Fry it....

1:3 one portion ingredients , 3 portions of water &milk

Pour the milk&water to the cooker.

4 whistle s....

Make a jaggery syrup....

Add the syrup as per your taste.

Take the seasoning ingredients. Coconut,cashew,kismis, cardamon &mainly dried ginger powder.

Fry all the ingredients till golden colour.

Mix the ingredients to the pongal ..

Ready to eat..

Take your beads.....

Insert all the beads to the thread using a needle.

Take the paint which colour you want.

Take the medium....

Otherwise use the water as a medium.

Mix it well.

Take your mala start to paint.

Make sure take big round brush for painting.

Now it fully painted.

Remove from the thread.

We painted a lot of beads within a miniute.

How to make fresh cream,butter&ghee...Step by step .... Fresh கிரீம், வெண்ணெய், நெய் செய்முறை விளக்கம்.....

Hi friends we make 3differnt dishes from only one ingredient .

Take malai from the milk, stored it in the freezer.

Grind it smoothly we get fresh cream.

If you want butter grind it smoothly and add cool water in it.

Again grind it. We get butter.

Collect the butter to the clean box. Store the butter to the fridge.

If you want ghee,take the butter and put it in the clean kadai...
Cook the butter in medium flame.

This is the correct stage .... Switch off the flame.

Add pinch of salt& moringa leaves or curry leaves.

Store the ghee in a clan container.

Use the hot water to clean the greasy vessels.

What we need?

1 .Woollen embroidery thread

2.Waste bangle

3.Needle.

Take 1.25mm crochet needle.

Make a knot and start the single chain stitch.

Fill & fully cover the bangle using a single chain knot....

Make a chain....

And do like the hollow space evenly...

Like this.

Next we start the another color and make a border...

Like this.... But we use main stitch here.

Finally a beautiful woollen bangle ready....

Watermelon popsicle recepie....Only 2 ingredients....

Cool watermelon popsicle.....

Ingredients

1.Watermelon

2.sugar syrup

Extract the watermelon juice using the jucier...

Add the sugar syrup as per your taste....

Pour the juice to the mould....

Freeze it over night....

Remove the popsicle from the mould using the water.....

Now enjoy the watermelon popsicle.... Beat the summer ....
