How to make uththappam?

Pour the batter in a hot dosa tava....

 Sprinkle the oil ....
Cover the dosa with lid....
When  The vapours came out, remove the lid from dava....
 Make sure the dosa will cook ....
 Take the dosa from the dava.... Don't flip it....
Serve hot with coconut chutney....
