Hi friends we make 3differnt dishes from only one ingredient .
Take malai from the milk, stored it in the freezer.
Grind it smoothly we get fresh cream.If you want butter grind it smoothly and add cool water in it.
Again grind it. We get butter.
Collect the butter to the clean box. Store the butter to the fridge.
If you want ghee,take the butter and put it in the clean kadai...
Cook the butter in medium flame.
This is the correct stage .... Switch off the flame.
Add pinch of salt& moringa leaves or curry leaves.
Store the ghee in a clan container.
Use the hot water to clean the greasy vessels.
